- These are asparagus seedlings I have raised from seed in my heated propagator this is the first time I have used heat to raise asparagus seedlings and they are a lot healthier and stronger and are growing very quickly
I am growing three types of asparagus from seed Sweet Purple a fairly new variety with purple spears, Uc 157 F2 is a green asparagus which is the most cultivated variety grown around the world, and asparagus Precoce D’Argentuil which has purple-tipped spears and is very popular in France
